Return and Exchange Terms
We want you to be completely satisfied when you rent a car from Emirate Cars. On this page we state our conditions for returning and exchanging the vehicle.
Refund terms:
If you are not satisfied with the vehicle, you can return it within 1 day of receipt for a refund or exchange.
The car must be in a condition that complies with the handover rules.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Terms of exchange:
If you would like to exchange a vehicle model, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of purchase.
The car must be in a condition according to the handover rules.
Vehicle replacement is subject to availability of eligible rental vehicles.
