Cancellation and payment policy

Cancellation terms:

 

a) If canceled 24 hours prior to reservation time, zero cancellation fee will be charged.

b) If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours, 30% of the total fare will be charged.

c) After the reservation time, 100% of the total fare will be charged.

 

Return policy

Refunds will be made within 1 business day or the next business day after payment is canceled as per the cancellation policy.

 

You can cancel your reservation by calling. Cancellation fees will apply in accordance with the cancellation policy.
